| Company Overview:
Discover was established in 1986, and made their debut
during the SuperBowl of that year. They are now a leader
in the credit industry, and had over $3 billion in
transactions back in 2006, which was a record year for
them. The PULSE network that they work with has over
4,000 bank affiliations and over 260,000 ATMs worldwide. |
|
| Our Review:
Discover is a great company, which is probably obvious
since they are a leader in the credit industry. Their
customer service, their credit card options, and their
website are all amazing. The cards they offer come with
various rewards and offers, but are all without annual
fees, which is great. |

| User Review:
Discover card is one of my favorite credit card
companies, and I’ve had a lot of credit cards in my
lifetime. Their cards have great rates and their
programs are an added bonus. I don’t pay any extra
money, and still have a rewards program that gets me 5%
back on a lot of my spending, which I love. |

| Company Overview:
Credit Axis was founded in 2003, and works with more
than 80 different credit card companies and lenders to
help consumers get all of the credit cards that they
need. They work with bad credit and no credit consumers,
as well, which means that anyone can apply with this
company. They also offer a variety of loans and credit
resources on their website. |
|
| Our Review:
Credit Axis is a very good company to work with. They
have so many affiliations that it’s easy for anyone to
get the credit card that they need. The best part, in
our opinion, is their willingness to work with any and
every customer to make sure that they get exactly what
they need. The customer service really goes above and
beyond to help people get approved. |
|
| User Review:
Credit Axis found me a great credit card from one of the
leading credit card companies. I didn’t think I’d be
able to get such a great card, but by letting them help
me, I found more offers than I ever imagined. I’m so
glad that I decided to check them out. |

|
| Our Review:
Bank of Internet is a great company. They are one of our
favorite credit card companies and online banks. Their
products offer something to everyone, and their website
makes finding what you need easy. Plus, the customer
service is top-rate, which is always important. |
|
| User Review: Bank
of Internet was so great in helping me to find the
credit card that I needed. Their rates were amazing, and
the customer service was even better. I never thought
that I’d get a card with that low of a rate, but they
proved me wrong. |

| Company Overview:
First Plus Platinum is one of many online credit card
companies that was founded in 2007. They offer
guaranteed approval on credit cards to all consumers,
and have more than 10 different cards and programs to
choose from. They serve thousands of customers each
year, and offer a phone contact that is strictly for
current customers and new applicants. |
|
| Our Review:
First Plus Platinum’s guaranteed approval makes them one
of the great credit card companies, especially for
customers with bad credit or no credit. Their website is
really easy to use, and their customer service is
superb. |
|
| User Review:
First Plus Platinum had so much to offer, I almost
couldn’t decide what I wanted. Fortunately, they also
were able to help me choose the card that suited my
needs best. I ended up calling customer service instead
of applying online, and I am very impressed with their
company. |

What’s the Difference Between All of These Credit Card
Companies? |
|
Discover,
MasterCard, Visa, and American Express: these are all
the four major credit companies within the United States
that people get cards from. The rest of the companies
offer cards through these providers to their customers.
These would include cards like the Chase credit card,
Capital One credit card, HSBC credit card, Citi credit
card, and so on. Discover cards are only offered through
the Discover Network, and a selected list of specialty
retailers and gas stations. American Express credit card
use is only offered by American Express directly, for
those customers who want their card. However, Visa and
MasterCard are much more widely used and accepted around
the world. For example, Chase credit card and Capital
One credit card offers all come with the Visa name
attached to them, while an HSBC credit card will be
offered in part by MasterCard. It doesn’t really matter
which types of cards you use, because almost every
credit card is accepted in just about any store and
online. American Express and Discover still aren’t
always accepted in every place that you visit, but this
is quickly changing. More and more stores and companies
are accepting Discover credit card customers, and
American Express credit card acceptance isn’t far
behind. Each credit card company that offers a Visa or
MasterCard will have their own terms and conditions,
including their own credit lines and interest rates
based on each customer’s creditworthiness. Often,
people’s ability to get acceptance can vary greatly from
one company to the next, depending on how good your
credit has to be in order to be approved for the card.
For example, someone applying for an HSBC credit card
might get approved easier than they would for a Chase
credit card, simply because the expectations of HSBC
customers are generally much lower than the expectations
that Chase has for its customers. There are many other
banks and credit card companies out there that you can
work with. Each one comes with their own benefits and
disadvantages, and only you can decide which credit card
companies are right for you.
